How many magazines do you offer?
We currently have several hundred magazines available, and we're growing every day. Our plans are to grow our listings to become the most comprehensive source of magazine subscriptions available.

How do I find a specific title?
Simply enter the magazine name, description, or MYP Code into the search box located on every page of our web site. Or, click on a category name to view the titles listed in that area. Still can't find what you're looking for? Call our customer service department at (toll-free) 1-877-205-8061.

Can I buy more than one magazine at a time?
Yes. You can purchase multiple titles and multiple subscriptions as well as choose different shipping addresses for each subscription.

Can I order back issues of magazines through MYP?
No. However, we do have one of the industry's largest databases of magazines available and can help direct you to the correct publisher's customer service line.

When can I expect my first issue to arrive?
Generally your first issue will arrive within 21 to 42 days after we receive your order. It does depend upon the frequency of the magazine you've chosen and where it is being shipped. If weekly, you can usually expect delivery in 21 to 42 days. For bi-weekly and monthly magazines, delivery takes approximately 42 to 56 days.

Be assured that these are standard industry delivery times based upon print run schedules. Our system has been designed to provide for some of the shortest turnarounds in the industry, and we do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Magazine subscriptions are a wonderful gift idea, and MYP offers a variety of services to help you find the perfect gift subscription. Magazines are unique to each recipient and provide a monthly reminder of how much the giver cares. With every gift subscription, MYP sends a FREE gift card announcing the arrival of your gift. You can also order gift certificates so that recipients can choose their own subscription. MYP gift certificates are perfect for last minute gift giving! Nothing is as affordable and memorable.

How do I place an order?
Everyone has a favorite way to place orders, and at Magazine Yellow Pages, we make it extremely easy by offering several methods of ordering. Just follow the steps and you'll be soon reading your favorite magazine(s).

Online
Search by magazine title, category, key word, publisher, MYP code, and more. Once you've decided which magazine, simply add the magazine to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart." To continue shopping, simply click "Add to Cart" for each magazine you would like to order. You can review your shopping cart to confirm the accuracy of your order and can make quantity changes, additions, and deletions. Then click on "Proceed to Checkout" to begin the secure ordering process. At the billing & delivery screen, enter your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. Then click "Proceed." You will be taken to the "Finalize Order" screen where you can verify the order and contact information. You can go back and edit information if necessary or click "Proceed with Order" to place the order. You will then get a confirmation page that will serve as your online receipt. Please print or save a copy for your records. You will also receive e-mail confirmation of your order.

How do I change my address for a subscription?
We have an online change of address form (Request a Change of Address) where you can submit address changes for your subscriptions. In addition, you can send a change of address request to us by mail at 517 Court St., Pekin, IL 61554, or make the changes by phone at 1-877-205-8061 (toll-free).

Please provide the former address exactly as it appears on your magazine label. Be sure to include all pertinent new address information, including city, state, and zip code.

What is MYP's Cancellation Policy?
All orders may be cancelled if the request is received by Magazine Yellow Pages within 48 hours of placing the order. Requests may be made in the following ways:

We submit all orders promptly to publishers in order to provide fast and efficient service for you. Because we select magazines that are known for great editorial or that cover highly unique topics, a cancellation is rare. We do, however, accommodate requests made within 48 hours of order placement. Any other cancellation is handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be honored.

Does MYP accept international orders?
Although we are quickly moving in that direction, we do not currently accept international orders.

Can I renew subscriptions through MYP?
We want to be your one-stop shop for all your subscription needs. You can renew your magazines right here$#8212;whether you originally ordered them from us or not. All you need to do is mark the subscription as renewal and make sure that you provide your address information exactly as it appears on your mailing label.

You can choose to receive e-mail notification of upcoming renewal times and subscription expirations.

Will I be charged taxes or shipping & handling fees?
MYP charges no shipping and handling fees for your subscription. The prices advertised are the only thing you pay for your favorite magazines. Magazine subscriptions are not taxed. Be assured that no additional charges or "hidden fees" will be added to your order.

What payment methods does MYP accept?
MYP accepts check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Make checks or money orders payable to Magazine Yellow Pages.
