Cathy Miller Beers - CEO of Magazine Yellow PagesCathy Miller Beers, CEO
Cathy Miller Beers serves as President/CEO of Magazine Yellow Pages. Previously, Beers was the Senior Vice President of ChoicePoint, Inc. (formerly Customer Development Corporation), one of the nation's top ten direct marketing and database firms. Based in Peoria, Illinois, her responsibilities included sales management and marketing development for ChoicePoint's System Selling Division.

Beers has been closely involved with the publishing, banking, retail, and association markets since 1974, while launching United Wire Service direct mail program and developing National Credit Audit Corporation, the nation's largest billing and collection company for publishers.

With more than 700 national magazine clients, including BusinessWeek, U.S. News & World Report, Forbes, Primedia, Conde Nast, and Hearst, her products won repeated direct mail awards for her clients and she is a frequent speaker within the industry. Her national magazine billing study was the nation's only intensive study designed for tracking and improving billing efforts for the industry.

Beers has served on the boards of The Direct Marketing Association Circulation Council and served as president of The Midwest Circulation Association (formerly Fulfillment Management Association). She also served as marketing instructor for Illinois Central College's Self-Employment Training Program where over 52% of the graduates went on to start new businesses. She currently works on the boards of the YWCA and Larry's Casting Kids/Izaak Walton League.

 

Sarah Tracy (Magazine Yellow Pages)Sarah Tracy, VP Marketing, Operations, & E-Commerce
Sarah Tracy joined Magazine Yellow Pages in August 2004. She fulfills the role of Vice President of Marketing, Operations & E-Commerce, where she oversees and coordinates all promotional efforts.

Previously, Sarah served as branch manager for both Heights Finance Corporation and World Finance Corporation. Her positions in the finance, operations, and information technology areas makes her ideally suited to manage the daily processing and client relationship functions for the firm.

She has worked with the media and fulfillment bureaus during projects for Customer Development Corporation and holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Illinois Central College, where she studied computer programming, accounting, and software administration.

 

Melissa Goodlick, Fulfillment & Circulation Director
Melissa Goodlick joined Magazine Yellow Pages LLC in October, 2005 and serves as Fulfillment & Circulation Director where she is responsible for the development and management of all customer, client and fulfillment bureau relationships.

Ms. Goodlick's experience in the retail and franchise markets allows her a keen eye towards superior customer service and is best known for her kid glove handling of customers and clients alike. Aware of the key issues important to customers who purchase their favorite reading through Magazine Yellow Pages, she serves as the front line of contact with the critical players in the marketplace to insure that customers receive only the finest customer service, pricing and follow through.

Melissa's leadership qualities come from her management abilities in analyzing and streamlining internal procedures with such national franchises as Schlotzki's, Paradice River Boat Casinos and Mr. Donut. Implementing improvements and standardizing the high level of customer service from which Magazine Yellow Pages has built its reputation is what she does best.

 

Sharon Duthoo (Magazine Yellow Pages)Sharon Duthoo, Account Executive
Sharon Duthoo, Account Executive, has served in that capacity since February 2004. Duthoo has over 30 years experience in the areas of research, customer service, and administrative support.

She started her career as a legal researcher and administrative assistant for the state's attorney before taking a position at Caterpillar, Inc., a Fortune 500 company based in Peoria, Illinois. In her numerous roles at Caterpillar, she worked with branches, dealers, and agents in the Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Logistics areas of the company. She also served as a liaison for parts packaging with Cat worldwide foreign plants where she gained extensive customer service experience.
